Confirm your participation. Once you’ve completed your sponsor agreement, it’s time to get started!

Meet your Swatchbox Project Manager. A dedicated Project Manager will coordinate the entire experience with you to make your sampling experience incredible.

Send Swatchbox your samples. Swatchbox will help you make all the arrangements to get your samples to the Swatchbox fulfillment center nearest to you.

Check out the AIA Sample Gallery at AIA26. Your samples will be displayed in the curated AIA Sample Gallery during AIA26.
Follow the movement of your samples with your own Analytics Dashboard on Swatchbox.

How many samples can be featured?
Brands can feature up to 10 products as samples in the gallery for $3,500 or up to 2 products for $1,750. Four Premium Placement sponsorships are available, which include the best location in the Gallery and access to the full attendee scan list (est. 1,600+ leads).
What sample size is required?
Ideal sample sizes vary by product type and will be confirmed by your project manager. However, in general, Swatchbox recommends that samples should be no smaller than 4” x 4” and no larger than 8” x 8”. Exceptions are certainly possible. The recommendations ensure some consistency and help enhance the visibility of your samples.
What product information is required for participation?
Information requirements vary by product type and will be confirmed by your Swatchbox project manager before going live.
How will I validate usage of the program?
You will have access to the contact information of architects who request your samples in your Swatchbox Analytics Dashboard.
Is there a cost for architects/designers to place a request?
No, architects can request as many product samples as they like at no cost.
What do shipped orders cost suppliers?
Sample boxes ship at a flat rate of $5.00 per box.
What important deadlines do I need to know?
The deadline for commitment to the Swatchbox Sample Gallery is May 1, 2026. The deadline for receipt of samples is May 15, 2026.
What happens after the event?
Participation in the AIA Sample Gallery includes a 30% discount on a new Swatchbox Pro subscription to continue working with Swatchbox after AIA26.
